The Haddonfield Board of Education moved to cancel the Wednesday meeting on Monday night.
The Wednesday meeting was originally scheduled to give the district some leeway in case state aid numbers came in lower than anticipated, Board President Steve Weinstein said.
Instead, a preliminary budget was adopted and will be sent to the county prior to the Thursday deadline.
Additionally, there will be no meeting on Thursday. The Monday meeting took its place.
A full story, including tax levy increases, will be available on The Sun’s website soon.
