Good Intent road closed Aug. 9 and Aug. 10

Good Intent Road will be closed today until 3:30 p.m. and tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Commissioner Al Dyer has been notified by the Gloucester Township Municipal Utilities Authority that there will be a full road closure of Good Intent Road between Clementon Avenue and West Church Street until 3:30 p.m. today. The roadway will also be closed from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 tomorrow, August 10.

“Good Intent Road will be closed and detoured in order for the Gloucester Township MUA to conduct cleaning and televising of a sanitary sewer pipe,” Dyer said. “Please remain alert and follow posted detour information of your route includes this section of Good Intent Road in Gloucester Township. Any time a project requires the full closure of a roadway you can expect sudden stops, new traffic patterns, and other changing conditions.”

A posted detour route will guide motorists around the impacted area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
