Fr. Jon will be leading a Bible Study at Christ the King Regional Catholic Church, which is slated to run on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through May 25 in Morgan Hall. In-person attendance is limited to 25 people. Masks and social distancing are required. The Bible study will be live-streamed on the parish Web site.
During the Bible study, Fr. Jon will lead participants in reading important passages and will provide the cultural and historical background necessary for understanding the Bible through the use of photographs, maps, timelines, and more. The goal of participation is to fall in love with the written Word of God and learn how to apply its timeless message to Christian living today. The floor will always be open for questions and discussion. It is recommended to bring a Bible or Bible app.
