Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield to close Tuesday for water project

Freeholder Barbara Holcomb has been notified by New Jersey American Water that a water service installation project will close Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield from Kings Highway to Euclid Avenue between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

“Please allow yourself extra time to reach your destination and remain alert if your route includes this section of Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield,” said Holcomb, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works. “Any time a project requires the full closure of a roadway you can expect sudden stops, new traffic patterns, and other changing conditions.”

A posted detour route will guide motorists around the impacted area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
