Haddonfield American Legion Post 38 is sponsoring the Second Annual Veterans Haven 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on Sunday, May 22. Registration is at 8 a.m. and start time is 9 a.m. at Cooper River Park, North Park Drive in Pennsauken. The proceeds of the event will give financial support for Veterans Haven, a transitional facility in Winslow for homeless/unemployed veterans.
The pre-registration fee postmarked by Friday, May 13 is $25 per runner/walker. Otherwise the registration fee is $30. Online registration is available thru Wed., May 18th at runsignup.com/Race/NJ/Pennsauken/VeteransHaven5KRunand1MileWalk.
