The Haddonfield Human Relations Commission invites you to attend a Community Conversation on Monday May 23 at 6 p.m. in Haddonfield Borough Hall. Join Psychology Fellows Lara Aunio and Jennifer Petrongolo from LaSalle University and Cooper University Hospital as they provide information and answer questions on how to handle and discuss any feelings of fear and uncertainty young people may experience from the unprecedented level of conflict and vituperative language bombarding their world from many sources. These sources range from issues that occur in the community with bullying or discord in school to the more national/global issues of divisive political discourse, mass shootings and racial violence and discrimination. Learn how to keep open lines of communication and ensure your children are engaging in critical thinking as they struggle to process these topics in home, school and community.
