The Berlin Borough Council will hold its reorganization meeting Friday, Jan. 3 at 6 p.m. at the Municipal Building. At the meeting, Mayor-Elect Rick Miller will be sworn in as the new Mayor of Berlin Borough, while two members of council will be sworn in to their existing seats with council.
In all uncontested elections this past November, Miller won 97.5 percent of the vote for Mayor. Meanwhile, Jim Pearce received 49.35 percent of the vote, while Andy Simone received 49.03 percent, as both will remain on council.
