
On February 24, 2025, at the age of 44. Of Philadelphia, PA. Formerly of Gloucester City. Beloved son of Nancy Colli Clemency and John Clemency. Adored brother of Thomas Colli, Mary Jo Colli (Rick Tucci), Anna Clemency (Bobby Troller) and Sarah Clemency (Russ Finkle). Cherished uncle to Ilaria. Loving nephew of Mary Rudisill (Kim) and Joanne Wisowaty (Bob). Beloved cousin of Rachel Ogden. Also survived by many beloved friends and family from Varga Bar.
Rich was a graduate of Gloucester High School class of 1998 and attended The College of New Jersey. He worked many years as a bartender at Varga Bar in Philadelphia and took over as the owner and proprietor in August of 2019. Rich was instrumental in Philly Beer Week and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Rich will be forever remembered for his sharp intelligence and witty personality.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday morning, February 28th from 10 AM to 12 noon at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Interment will be private.
