Robert F. Greiner Sr.

Robert “Bob” F. Greiner, Sr., on January 29, 2025, of Gloucester Township. Age 95.
Devoted husband of Mary Jane Greiner (nee Taylor). Beloved father of Robert F. Greiner Jr. (Kathie), and Richard A. Greiner (Gina). Loving grandfather of Jeffrey P. Greiner Sr. (Sandy), Barbie McFerren (Tim), Todd S. Mitchell Jr. (Kate), and Justin R. Mitchell (Lindsay). Cherished great grandfather of Jeffrey P. Greiner Jr., Katelyn Greiner, Vaughn McFerren (Sierra), Joshua R. McFerren, Sabrina Gage (Zachary), Jack Mitchell, Grace Mitchell, Clark Mitchell, Mollie Mitchell, Barrett Mitchell, and Owen Mitchell. He was a great friend, whose love and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
Bob was a long-time active member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and served on the Property Committee. He also served in the United States Army as a military police officer in Washington, DC. Bob retired from Scarborough/Weyerhaeuser, Inc. where he worked as a skilled carpenter known for his craftmanship and quality work. He helped build Barclay Farms in Cherry Hill, the Covered Bridge, and Sturbridge Lakes in Voorhees. After his retirement, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, and family vacations in the Poconos.
There will be a visitation from 9:30am until 11:00am on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church: 200 E Clements Bridge Rd., Runnemede. Memorial service 11:00am at the church. Interment is private at the request of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob’s memory to World Venture, a faith-based organization that Bob supported through his grandson, Justin and his family who serve in Japan.
