Calvin Raymond Cashman, Jr. 9/01/1945 ~ 1/12/2025
Born in Camden, NJ. Predeceased by his parents Calvin Raymond Cashman, Sr. and Ethel Marie Cashman (née Schorpp).
Calvin was a devout family man and husband to his loving wife of 58 years Carol Cashman (née Unangst). Wonderful father to Susan Calderbank (Glen), Kenneth Cashman, Sr. (Jennifer) and predeceased by his youngest daughter Janet Cashman. Older brother of Dale Cashman (Betty) of Hatteras, NC.
Calvin served in the United States Air Force after graduating Camden High School in 1963. He then started a hardware store “The Little General Store” in Pitman, NJ. After that, he spent the rest of his working life in the paint industry in several different roles concluding with manager of a Benjamin Moore store.
Calvin, in his early years, was an avid trout fisherman and member of Pitman #1 Fire Company and also Pitman and Audubon NJ Ambulance Squad’s as an EMT. He served as a Deacon, Elder, Choir Member and treasurer of Logan Memorial Presbyterian Church in Audubon, NJ.
Grandfather/Popzie of Joe Quinn, Kenny Cashman, Jr. and Kevin Cashman. Loving Uncle to Sara Cashman, Colleen Farrell (Norm), Edward Farrell (Karen). Great Uncle to Asher Holley.
Calvin was the kind of man that was always willing to help, always on time and always providing for his family.
In his last years of life, he was struck by Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia but always had a smile and was always joking with friends and family.

Please join in a celebration of Calvin’s life at Logan Memorial Presbyterian Church, 18 West Merchant Street, Audubon, NJ 08106 on January 25, 2025. Visitation 10 am – 11am; Memorial Service 11am – 12pm.
