Dear Editor,
The whole idea of putting 120 rental units next to the most scenic, bucolic space in Haddonfield—Hopkins Pond—and along what is designated a “lane” for a reason, is, in my opinion, absurd for the multitude of reasons set forth in Neal Rochford’s letter to the Sun last week. Also absurd in my mind is such a momentous issue being decided by a split vote of three (now two) commissioners. I strongly support the petition calling for a Bancroft referendum as an option.
