Intro to Excel: Adult seniors. 2 to 4 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Students will learn the basics of Excel, from getting familiar with the interface to using pre-made templates to setting up spreadsheets with simple functions and visual styling. Alternatives to Excel as well as how to set up and maintain a personal home budget will also be covered. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
Marlton Farmers Market: All residents. 4 to 7 p.m. at Evesboro Downs Park (131 Evesboro-Medford Road). The 2024 season of the Marlton Farmers Market runs every Wednesday afternoon through Sept. 11. Shoppers can get ready to once again enjoy locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, baked goods, home goods, food trucks, artisan product and other great sustainable items.

Summer Reading Kickoff: Ages 12 years and under. 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Join the library staff for their Summer Reading Kickoff Event. Learn about how Summer Reading works at the Evesham library. Participants are invited to also stay for stations of activities, including sand art, face painting, rubber duck pond, crafts, STEM building, and a scavenger hunt with prizes. Marlton Senior Club: Adult Seniors 55 and up. 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center (535 E. Main St.). All senior citizens ages 55 and older are welcome to attend these meetings. The meetings take place every first and third Thursday of the month. Participants enjoy coffee, donuts and regularly scheduled games and other entertainment. No registration required.

Preschool Storytime: Ages 3 to 6 years. 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Join in for stories, song, and rhymes with a new theme explored every week. This story time helps kids build early literacy skills and a love of reading. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
Book Discussion — “The Heaven and Earth Book Store”: Adult seniors. 2 to 3 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Join the library staff to discuss “The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store” by James McBride. Registration is not required and new members are welcome.
Gentle Chair Yoga: Adult seniors. 4 to 5 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Senior residents are invited to join this gentle chair yoga class led by a certified yoga instructor. Chair yoga is a wonderful way to move the body and increase flexibility using a chair for support. Perfect for those who are very stiff, have limited mobility or have minor injuries. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
Cozy Crochet Club: Ages 12 to 17 years. 5 to 6 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to bring a current project and get cozy with fellow crocheters, or start a new project from the library’s pattern selection – guests are free to use the library’s yarn stash. Beginners are welcome and can learn from a library staff member. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
