Voters in Shamong, Southampton and Tabernacle will go to the polls Tuesday to choose candidates for an array of municipal- and state-level offices in the Democratic and Republican primaries.
Polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The winners will face each other in the Nov. 5 general election.
Two seats are available for township committee in Shamong, Southampton and Tabernacle.
Shamong
Three candidates are running for the two seats in the Republican primary. Brian Woods and David Diamond are running against Christopher Zehnder. Woods and Zehnder are incumbents. No petitions were filed in the Democratic primary.
Southampton
Two candidates are running for two seats in the Republican primary, incumbents William Raftery and Ronald Heston. No petitions were filed in the Democratic primary.
Tabernacle
Four candidates are running for two seats in the Republican primary. David Oiler and Joseph Barton are running against Mark Hartman and Samuel R. Moore III. Hartman and Moore currently serve on the committee as mayor and committeeman, respectively. No petitions were filed in the Democratic primary.
