ChildrenSong announces performance schedule

ChildrenSong of New Jersey is thrilled to announce a series of upcoming performances at prestigious venues, showcasing the extraordinary talents of its young choir members.

Performance Schedule:

  • Monday, June 3 at 6:40 p.m.: The choir will have the honor of performing the National Anthem at the Philadelphia Phillies game.
  • Sunday, June 9 at 8 p.m.: In collaboration with the Lexington Singers and conductor Jefferson Johnson, ChildrenSong will perform Carl Orff’s “Carmina Burana” at the renowned Alice Tully Hall.
  • Wednesday, August 31: The choir will sing “God Bless America” during the Trenton Thunder game.
  • Saturday, November 17: The ensemble will grace the stage at the iconic Radio City Music Hall and sing prior to the Rockettes Christmas show.

In addition to these performances, ChildrenSong of New Jersey is dedicated to providing exceptional musical experiences for children aged 8 to 18 in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties.

This summer, ChildrenSong will travel to California to perform in the inaugural San Diego Children’s Choir Festival. Next summer, the choir will further extend its reach by traveling to England to participate in the Canterbury Children’s Choir Festival, offering a unique and enriching experience for its members.

Young singers are also invited to join the choir’s free SummerSing program from August 19-22 in Haddonfield, where they can learn basic vocal techniques, study music of different genres, and prepare for a performance of “God Bless America” on August 31 at the evening Trenton Thunder game featuring fireworks.
