Wednesday, April 17

Intro to Excel: Adult seniors. 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Students will learn the basics of Excel, from getting familiar with the interface to using pre-made templates to setting up spreadsheets with simple functions and visual styling. Alternatives to Excel as well as how to set up and maintain a personal home budget will also be covered. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Young Masters: Ages 6 to 12. 4 to 4:45 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Participants will learn about an artist or art technique then create a piece of art inspired by the lesson. This week participants will be making beads out of Japanese anime. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Thursday, April 18

Marlton Senior Club: Adult Seniors 55 and up. 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center (535 E. Main St.). All senior citizens ages 55 and older are welcome to attend these meetings. The meetings take place every first and third Thursday of the month. Participants enjoy coffee, donuts and regularly scheduled games and other entertainment. No registration required.

Monday, April 22

Baby Ballet: Ages 2 to 5 years. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Join Miss Sabrina Ballerina for an introductory ballet class. Participants will learn to follow directions, as well as develop hand-eye coordination, and body awareness. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Chinese Knotting Workshop: Ages 8 to 15 years. 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to celebrate Earth Day by making seashell jewelry. Participants will learn how to tie a square knot, as well as use a basic knot to to create seashell necklaces, earrings, or keychains. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
