Both are credited with conducting over 200 narcotics assignments and approximately 50 patrol assignments. He received an award in 2021 for detecting and recovering a discarded firearm after a shooting incident. In addition to being dedicated to his narcotics and patrol work, K-9 Paco loved greeting children and interacting with residents.
