The Ali Leadership Institute (ALI) has established a new chapter in South Jersey in collaboration with Moorestown Deputy Mayor Quinton Law.
The expansion is not just a step toward nurturing local talent, but also a professional development opportunity for young people in the region. The ALI’s mission is to train the next generation of activists, organizers and grassroots leaders.
The institute is seeking 10 students from ages 16 to 22 to join the inaugural cohort of the South Jersey chapter. Selected participants will receive a $400 stipend and a micro-grant to fund a community-based project. The initiative is designed to foster leadership skills and enable students to make a tangible impact in their communities.
To be eligible, candidates must commit to attending eight sessions held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays in June and July.
“This partnership will empower South Jersey youth to become civically engaged leaders in their communities,” Law said. “We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership and committed to community service.”
“We are excited to bring our leadership programs to South Jersey and collaborate with Deputy Mayor Law,” said Mussab Ali, chairman of the ALI. “Our search for 10 young leaders is the first step towards building a stronger community and fostering a culture of proactive leadership.”
