The event was planned by teachers Tamresa Betz and Heather Imhof, whose classes have recently studied the subject. “The Holocaust is a prime example of what can happen when people remain bystanders and when bigotry goes unchecked,” Siegel noted. “My mother would want you to know that nothing good comes from hatred. She would want you to be kind to one another and respect other’s differences.” TagsDeptfordDeptford Middle SchoolDeptford Township SchoolsGloucester CountyHolocaust remembranceRenee Siegel Share FacebookTwitterEmailPrint Previous article‘Hidden hero’Next articleBlue wave Submitted Content RELATED ARTICLES • Gloucester County News Mullica Hill Calendar from May 8 to May 15 April 29, 2024 • Gloucester County News Mantua Calendar from May 8 to May 15 April 29, 2024 • Gloucester County News Deptford Calendar from May 8 to May 15 April 29, 2024 - Advertisment - Latest An afternoon with angels – and a medium April 29, 2024 Psychologist offers theories on why today’s kids are emotionally fragile April 29, 2024 Mullica Hill Calendar from May 8 to May 15 April 29, 2024 Mantua Calendar from May 8 to May 15 April 29, 2024 Load more
