Certified instructor Bob Stanton teaches tai chi, a gentle exercise that can improve muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. This class can be done seated or standing. Participants are also invited to join in after story time for playtime and a craft.

Learn how to play at this class. Participants are encouraged to bring their own National Mahjong League card and Mahjong set. No registration required.
