Adult Yarn Social: Adult seniors. 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join other knitting and crochet fans for a relaxed, social yarn time. No registration is required.

Friday, Jan. 19

Zendoodle Time: Ages 6 to 12. 4 to 4:40 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Using the Zentangle doodling method, kids can both relax and create a piece of art with little stress. Participants are encouraged to bring music to listen to. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Saturday, Jan. 20

Free rabies clinic: All residents. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Main Street Firehouse, 26 E. Main St. The township will host two free rabies vaccination clinics for 2024, the first was on Saturday, Jan. 13, and the second will be on Saturday, Jan. 27. Residents can also license their pets with the township at these clinics. All residents must license their cats or dogs for 2024 before Jan. 31. Beginning Jan. 1, licensing has been available in person at the Evesham Township Clerk’s Office, located at 984 Tuckerton Rd. – Room 201, during normal business hours. Those interested bring proof of rabies vaccination with an expiration date after November 1, 2024 and proof of spaying/neutering information.

There is a $14 license fee per pet if proof is provided that the pet is spayed or neutered. There is a $17 license fee per pet if the pet is not spayed or neutered. Accepted forms of payment are cash or check.

Monday, Jan. 22

Music Together: 18 months and under. 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Young children learn through play and experimentation, and by watching and listening to the grownups they love. Setting an example as an enthusiastic participator in music activities is the one thing any parent, grandparent, or caregiver can do to help set a child on the road to a lifelong love of music. Adults don’t need to have music skills, they just need a desire to play and have fun with their children. Residents are invited to have fun with Music Together. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us

Music Together: 4 years and under. 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Young children learn through play and experimentation, and by watching and listening to the grownups they love. Gentle Chair Yoga: Adult seniors. 4 to 5 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Senior residents are invited to this gentle chair yoga class led by a certified yoga instructor. Chair yoga is a way to move your body and increase your flexibility using a chair for support. Helpful for those who are very stiff, have limited mobility or minor injuries. Participants should dress comfortably. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Cozy Crochet Club: Ages 12 to 17 years. 5 to 6 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to bring a current project and get cozy with fellow crocheters. Participants are free to use the library’s yarn stash. Beginners are welcome and can learn from a library staff member. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
