Sheriff’s office toy drive

The Burlington County Sheriff’s Office will once again collect toys for needy children this year.

This year’s drive is now underway, with red donation bins placed in 44 locations across Burlington County. Collections will continue through Friday, Dec. 15.

Thousands of toys and gifts were collected during last year’s drive and were distributed to local families by the sheriff’s office and its partners. The office will continue to accept donations of food, toiletries, water, toys, paper supplies and other household goods for distribution during the rest of the year.

Donation sites include multiple county government offices, libraries, schools and other facilities. A complete list with addresses is available on the sheriff’s office website. Businesses or offices interested in hosting a donation bin can contact the sheriff’s Community Outreach Office at (609) 265-3788.

To suggest families who could benefit from the drive and to acquire an application form, visit the webpage at https://www.co.burlington.nj.us/2042/Holiday-Toy-Drive.
