Monroe Township Police blotter

On Sept. 14 at approximately 4:14 p.m., the Monroe Township Police Department responded to Crosskeys Airport at 1531 N. Tuckahoe Road for an aircraft accident. A single engine Cessna 150G banner plane crashed in the wooded area west of the airport while attempting to lift a banner. The pilot, a 62-year-old male, was the only occupant. He was airlifted to Cooper Hospital. The Federal Aviation Association investigated the incident. Numerous local, county and state emergency management and fire resources responded to the scene.
