County’s summer restaurant week set for August

Initiative showcases eateries’ importance to local communities

The next Burlington County Restaurant Week is less than eight weeks away and is expected to be the county’s biggest business promotion to date.

The summer celebration of area restaurants, taverns and other eateries is scheduled for the week of Sunday, Aug. 20, and will once again showcase some of the region’s best food, drinks, desserts and appetizers. County breweries, distilleries and food trucks can also participate.

The weeklong event is sponsored by the county commissioners, State Sen. Troy Singleton and the county’s Regional Chamber of Commerce, who will visit participating restaurants and post information about them on social media.

Eateries taking part can also choose special menus, dishes or discounts to offer customers during the week.

Restaurants can participate free of charge and register at https://www.co.burlington.nj.us/1844/Summer-Restaurant-Week-2023.
