Moorestown Mall has issued an update on its major transformation that includes development projects and new tenants.
Construction continues at the Cooper University Health Care facility as it prepares for its opening later this year, and underutilized parking space on the Boscov’s side of the mall is being converted to a 375-unit apartment complex called The Pearl by Bel Canto.
“With development plans on course, this summer will be filled with exciting store openings that enhance Moorestown Mall’s commitment to being a one-stop shop destination,” said Evan Iepson, the mall’s marketing and administrative coordinator.
New mall tenants expected by fall include Banfield Pet Hospital, Vixen Couture, Nature’s Gift Shoppe, Designed For You Event Decor & Planning, Curvaceous Fashionistas; and DD’s Beauty and Accessories.
There will also be multiple vendor shows and mall events during the rest of summer.
