Join Mayor Colleen Bianco Bezich for Haddonfield’s Health & Wellness Festival this Saturday, May 6, from noon to 3 p.m. on Kings Highway from Haddon Ave. to Tanner St., which will be closed for the event.
This free event for the entire family offers health screenings for all ages, including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, BMI, skin cancer, and pediatric eye screenings. Plus, the Camden County Department of Health’s Mobile Van will also offer assessments and screenings. The Haddonfield police department will perform fittings and sizings for bike helmets, and K-9 Officer Blue will be on hand to help! The lawn area at the Haddonfield Library will host a sensory zone for kids!
A stage will be set up on Kings Highway at Tanner Street, with live fitness classes for adults. Enjoy Jazzercise with Haddonfield resident and instructor Erika Egan, a Barre class from Pure Barre South Jersey Haddonfield, a Yoga Workshop from Haduko Haddonfield, and a workout with Benefhit Haddonfield.
Downtown Haddonfield businesses will also offer specials for the entire weekend of May 4 to May 7 including free workouts, classes, and consultations.
