CHPS opens registration for in-person kindergarten and first grade

In person registration will take place at 45 Ranoldo Terrace, Cherry Hill, 08034, between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. for each school on different dates.

Cherry Hill Public Schools is opening its registration for in-person Kindergarten and first grade registration for children entering public or private school for the first time for the 2023-24 school year. 

Children must be five years old on or before Oct. 1, 2023 to be eligible for kindergarten. Students currently enrolled in the Estelle V. Malberg Early Childhood Center Pre-Kindergarten 4 Program do not need to pre-register online but should attend their home school, in-person date, listed below.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, please go to the https://www.chclc.org/domain/981 to begin the online preregistration process for the 2023-24 school year. Detailed registration information and the pre-registration link can be found directly on the district website, www.chclc.org, or by calling (856) 429-5600, x4429.

In-person registration will take place at the Arthur Lewis Administration Building, 45 Ranoldo Terrace, Cherry Hill, 08034, between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the dates listed below:

  • Jan. 31: Thomas Paine Elementary
  • Feb. 1: Richard Stockton Elementary
  • Feb. 2: Bret Harte Elementary
  • Feb. 3: Joyce Kilmer Elementary
  • Feb. 7: Kingston Elementary
  • Feb. 8: Clara Barton Elementary
  • Feb. 9: James Johnson Elementary
  • Feb. 10: Woodcrest Elementary

Only the student’s legal guardian may register a student for school. Please allow one hour to complete the registration process. Be sure to bring ALL required documentation with you for registration. It is not necessary to bring your child with you for registration.
