Cherry Hill Public Library holds Valentine’s Day craft sessions

Both children and adults will have the opportunity to make Valentine's Day crafts on Feb. 7 at the Cherry Hill Public Library.

On Feb. 7 there will be two Valentine’s Day events happening. From 6 to 7 p.m., kids are invited to partake in the Tuesday Night Craft-o-Rama where they can make their own cards in the Children’s Story and Craft Room Upper Level. Materials like paint and markers will be provided and kids are encouraged to come in clothes they won’t mind getting paint on.

At 7 p.m., there will be an adult craft night in the Conference Center lower level, where adults and teens can create your own collage-style valentine using found images, pom-poms, and other small decorations to create unique Valentine’s Day cards. All supplies and tools will be provided but you can bring any additional images you may want to use for your card.

This crafting program was inspired by a CreativeBug tutorial, which you can access for free with your library card, along with thousands of other classes. This program includes a quick demo of how to use CreativeBug. Open to adults and teens.
