Each year Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) New Jersey recognizes officers that protect our communities and work tirelessly to obtain justice for victims affected by drunk and drugged driving. Corporal Kevin McGowan and Patrolman Thomas Watts were nominated and honored for their outstanding dedication and support for their efforts in deterring impaired driving on New Jersey’s roads and highways during the 2021 calendar year.
