The Partnership for Haddonfield’s Girls’ Night Out event returns on Sept. 22. From 3 to 8 p.m., select Haddonfield stores will open late with extended shopping hours, in-store events and ribbon cuttings.

This year’s event will also feature a networking scavenger hunt, a first for Girls’ Night Out. Participants will receive a card and go to participating locations to fulfill a condition, whether it be learning about the business or liking its social media page.

“It isn’t limited to just women to participate,” said Michael Marciante, executive director of the Partnership for Haddonfield. “We encourage anyone who’s interested in coming out for a night of fun and shopping and networking, but we do have something along the lines of four dozen women business owners.

“So in some ways, it’s a night out for them as well to stay open, make a few sales and be part of the Downtown Haddonfield community.”

When participants are done with the networking scavenger hunt, they should return to Kings Court where Marciante and other members from the Partnership for Haddonfield will be waiting with a prize wheel.

“You just never know what is going to happen during Girls Night,” said Marciante.
