Grapes and Grain wine tasting to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Wine enthusiasts can rejoice as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation- Delaware Valley Chapter returns to its in-person wine tasting event, Grapes and Grain South Jersey, following two virtual tasting events during the pandemic. Dozens of fine wines, including many local varietals, and an array of craft beers will highlight the 13th annual tasting, Sept. 21, 2022, at Auletto Caterers in West Deptford, N.J.

Grapes and Grain South Jersey offers a relaxed, fun evening for both wine connoisseurs and casual fans, along with a DJ and the chance to bid on some of the region’s most unique auction items. This year’s event will also feature the comedy of New Jersey comic and event emcee Dan Callahan.

“For the past two years our virtual Grapes and Grain event brought together community members across the South Jersey region. Their dedicated support gave us confidence to stay on course to achieve our mission of finding a cure and ensuring every person living with CF will have the chance to live a long, healthy life,” said Mike Sanchez, event chair and board chair of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-Delaware Valley Chapter. “We’re very excited to once again greet supporters and families in person and celebrate a great night of fun.”

Grapes & Grain will also feature food and hors d’oeuvres chosen to complement the beverage selections. General Admission begins at 7:30 p.m. at Auletto Caterers, 1849 Cooper Street Deptford, N.J. A VIP tasting, with more exclusive wines and accompanying cheese, sushi and hors d’oeuvres, begins at 6:30 pm in Auletto’s wine cellar. General tickets are $85, and VIP tickets, which also include the exclusive tasting of wine and spirits, are $125. A portion of the prices are tax-deductible.
