HIGHLAND
The Tartans are coming off a 4-6 season, but with a young team, they have a chance to not only be improved, but challenge in the Memorial. Nine starters return on offense and seven on D. Among the returning two-way starters are two all-conference selections, Sr. RB-LB Angelo Rodriguez (5-9, 210) and Sr. OL-DL Byron Williams (6-2, 325). Rodriquez is an LIU commit. He rushed for 1,387 yards (6.0 avg.) and 18 touchdowns. He also caught seven passes for 132 yards and one score. Williams was also a first-team selection on offense. Other returning two-way performers are Sr. OL-DL Dom Masselli (6-0, 255), Sr. OL-DL Amori Rodriguez (6-2, 260) and Sr. RB-LB Anthony Alford (6-0, 210). Alford rushed for 109 yards (6.8 avg.) and 1 TD.  Jr. QB Connor Leary (6-1, 170) completed 52 of 94 passes for 718 yards and 4 Tds. Others who saw action on at least one side of the ball are, Sr. OL-DL Andrew Dworachek (6-0, 255), Jr. OL-DL Billy Taylor (6-0, 280), Sr. WR-DB Avant Stewart (6-0, 170, 8 receptions, 75 yards, 1 TD), Sr. TE-DE Lateef Chisholm (6-0, 235) and Jr. TE-LB Javion Payne (6-0, 220). Key returning letter winners include Jr. SLOT-DB Matthew Tuttle (5-9, 150), Sr. WR-DB Marquise Jones (5-10, 160) and Sr. TE-LB Cameron Boice (6-0, 180). Among newcomers to watch are Sr. OL-DL CJ Crowley (6-0, 230), So. RB-DB Mecki Brown (6-0, 160), Jr. RB-LB Mike Furlow (5-10, 165), So. TE-DE Xavier Valez (6-1, 185), So. OL-LB Frank Baldon (6-0, 210) and TE-DE Patrick McLaughlin (6-2, 180).

TIMBER CREEK
The Chargers had a season marked by injuries and ended up 3-7 while competing in the Liberty Division. Timber Creek played better than the record suggests, with three losses coming by three or fewer points. There are plenty of experienced players to make a run at the Memorial title. Sr. WR-DB Zyheem Coleman-Frazier (6-1, 165) had 47 receptions for 851 yards and 6 Tds in earning first-team all-conference honors on offense. He is a Monmouth commit. Sr. OL-LB Miller Heins (6-0, 230) was a first-team choice on offense. Jr. TE-DL Brahim Wynn (6-3, 225) and Sr. WR-DB Isaiah Clay (6-1, 190) were first-team choices on D. Wynn had 66 tackles and Clay had 32 tackles and 4 INTs. Other returning two-way players are Sr. RB-DB Nasir Reason-Dallas (5-11, 185) and Jr. RB-LB Chase Conway (5-11, 170). Conway had 44 tackles. Among players who saw action on at least one side of the ball, Sr. WR-DB Jon Harris (5-10, 170) had 42 receptions for 390 yards and 3 Tds while earning second-team honors on offense. So. RB-LB Amir Reason-Dallas (5-11, 190) and Sr. TE-DL Darien Cade (6-3, 215) were second-team choices on D. Amir Reason-Dallas had 57 tackles and Cade had 61 tackles. So. RB-WR-DB Quadir Baldwin (5-11, 160) rushed for 307 yards (4.3 avg.) and 3 Tds. He is considered a Division I recruit. Other returning veterans are Jr. OL-DL Anthony Williams (6-3, 260), Jr. OL-DL Andre Williams (6-3, 255), and Jr. OL-LB Gavin Bates (6-3, 190). Returning letter winners include Jr. QB Victor Oquendo (6-1, 190), who attempted 11 passes in a backup role, Jr. WR-DB Darnell Smith (5-11, 170), Jr. WR-DB Terrell Smith (5-11, 170), Sr. OL-DL Ashon Deaver (6-0, 245), Sr. RB-LB Juan Roo (6-0, 210) and Sr. OL-LB Kyle Leiser (6-1, 215). Key newcomers include So. WR-DB Karon Brookins (6-3, 175), Jr. OL-DL Mha’ki Cunningham (6-2, 245) and So. WR-DB Kasim Khan (6-1, 165).

EASTERN
Despite a 4-5 record while competing in the WJFL Continental Division, Eastern was a playoff team, losing a 39-30 first round Central Jersey Group 5 game to North Brunswick. Sr. OG-DE Aidan Clark (6-2, 230) was an honorable mention all-conference selection. Clark had 36 tackles and 9 TFL. Sr. WR-CB Jashad Kersey (5-10. 170) had 16 tackles, 2 INTs. Sr. RB-LB Silas Davis (6-0, 190) had 35 tackles. Jr. RB-LB Isreal Hernandez (6-2, 225) had 49 tackles, 11 TFL and 4 sacks while rushing for 560 yards (4.7 avg.) and 6 TDs. He earned second-team honors on D. So. RB-WR-S Jordon Massino (5-9, 180) rushed for 295 yards (4.8 avg.) and 1 TD. Jr. TE-LB Jon Brennan (6-1, 190) had 18 tackles, 2 TFL. Sr. OT-DT Quoy Rainey (6-6, 350) had 39 tackles, 13 TFL and 2 sacks. Players who saw action on at least one side of the ball include WR-FS Chris Diggs (6-0,, 180) Sr. FS Timere Cook (5-11, 180), So. OG Jimmy Embrey (5-11 230) Sr. WR-CB Julian Jamison (5-9. 180). Sr. OC Jacob Borromeo (6-0, 240), Jr. TE-DE Kenny Balmer (6-4, 210), So. LB Ran Bracchi (5-11, 200) and So. WR Dominic Passarella (5-11, 170). Among key newcomers are So. QB Logan Dawson (6-2, 180), Sr. CB Rajhan Dixon (6-0, 170) and Sr. WR-DB Justin Milleviox (5-9, 165).

HAMMONTON
The Blue Devils went 5-6 while competing in the WJFL Royal Division. They earned a Group 4 playoff berth before suffering a first round defeat to Shawnee. There is enough experience to be considered an outside contender and a team more than capable of earning another postseason berth. There are several returning two-way players. Sr. OT-DT Elijah Church (6-3, 290) was a second-team all-conference choice. So. RB-SS Kenny Smith (5-10, 175) rushed for 418 yards (4.3 avg.) and 3 Tds. Sr. WR-FS Dylan Testa (6-1, 180) had 20 tackles. Jr. RB-MLB Andrew Wehner (6-2, 205) had 22 tackles. Another returning two-way player is So OG-DT Christian Medina (6-1, 245). Among players who saw action on at least  one side of the ball, Sr. QB Billy Way (6-1, 160) completed 22-43 passes for 302 yards and 1 TD in 5 games. Jr. RB-DE Lucas Goehringer (5-10, 190) rushed for 367 yards (6.4 avg.) and 4 TDs.Others who saw action on at least one side of the ball are Jr. TE-MLB Dylan Jones (6-1, 205), Sr. OC Anthony Evangelista (6-2, 265) and Jr. OT-DE Camryn Broadnax (6-1, 240). Among newcomers, Sr. DE Kye Pressley (6-2, 220) is a transfer from Camden Catholic. Jr. According to coach Jim Raso, Pressley has eight D-1 offers at the beginning of the summer. DE Joey Gillen (6-2, 215) is a transfer from Christian Rock. So. RB-LB Deandre Clemons (5-9, 175) moves up after playing freshman/JV last season.

RANCOCAS VALLEY
After a successful run at Delran, Garrett Lucas takes over at RV, a team that went 2-8 last season while competing in the WJFL Continental Division. While the Red Devils look to improve, it may be difficult to contend after graduating several key players. Sr. OL-DL Zach Boland (6-2, 295) was a second-team all-conference choice on D. He had 40 tackles and 6 TFL. Sr. OL-DL Devon Brook (6-4, 265) had 14 tackles, 3 TFL. Sr. DB Jase Deiter (5-11, 175) had 22 tackles. Others who saw action on at least one side of the ball were Sr. ATH Jerimya Paula (5-9, 180), Jr. OL Hunter Matthews (6-1, 275), Jr. DE Gavin Keyes (6-2, 215) and Jr. OL Matt Lampart (5-8, 185). Among key returning letter winners are Sr. LB Jaiden Sheridan (5-10, 180), Sr. OL Chris Hugee (6-1, 220), Sr. RB Prince Williams (5-11, 195), Jr. DL Elahn Stafford (6-0, 265) and Jr. DL Malachi Handberry (6-0, 285). Two key transfers are Jr. RB-DE Malachi Castle (6-3, 225) and Sr. QB Kevin Burr Jr. (6-3, 215). Castle had 49 tackles, 11 TFL and 2 sacks for Delran. Burr completed 92-176 for 1,258 yards and 11 touchdowns for Camden Catholic. He also rushed for 283 yards and 3 touchdowns. Other key newcomers are Jr. TE-LB Chris Jones Jr. (6-1, 205), So. WR-LB Brody Deiter (6-1. 175) and Jr. WR-DB Aaron Watford (6-1 180).
