Thursday, Aug.11, 2022, was a great day for the Gloucester County Veterans. Commissioner Denice DiCarlo, liaison to the Department of Veterans Affairs, joined Senator Bob Menendez, Gloucester County clerk Jim Hogan, Washington Township mayor Joann Gattinelli and Councilwoman Andra Pasquarella-Williams to celebrate the recent Senate passage of the PACT-Act. This legislation will expand health care and benefits to more than 3.5 million veterans across the country who were exposed to toxins while serving in the military.
