Moorestown officers were dispatched to the 7-11 Store, 310 Chester Ave, regarding an armed robbery on July 13 at 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers learned that the store clerk, a 35-year-old female, was confronted by a black male approximately six feet tall, wearing a ski mask, gray hoodie and black pants who displayed a black handgun.
The victim stated the suspect entered the store, walked behind the counter, demanded money and stole approximately $75.00 from the register. The suspect then exited and fled on foot toward the rear of the store. Officers established a perimeter and searched the area for the suspect. A K-9 search of the area was also performed but the suspect was not located. The victim was not injured as a result of the robbery.
