Grab a fabulous hat and don your best bow tie for this adult-only event!
On May 7, Barclay Farm Swim Club will host its first annual Kentucky Derby Party at 5 p.m.
This party is open to all members and non-members of the community and will be a great atmosphere to welcome new members, current members and entertain prospective members. Proceeds will help to support Preserve Barclay.
Highlights of the event include:
– Traditional Kentucky Derby food including pulled pork, fried chicken, mac & cheese, hush puppies and peach cobbler
– Mint julep Jello shots, locally made wine & beer
– Activities including horse shows, gambling pools, wooden horse racing and Jenga
– Dancing to live music by 309 Express, who perform a crossroads of Country, Rockabilly, Folk, Rock and Blues and jukebox favorites
