The J. Mason Tomlin Learning Extensions and Academic Programs (LEAP) students are promoting a Chick-fil-A fundraiser supporting the Mantua Township Historical Commission. A portion of the sales will benefit the Mantua Township Historical Commission’s Important Projects Fund.

The Important Projects Fund, a 2016 service learning initiative, was created for special projects that are important to the commission such as providing signs for local historic cemeteries, the continuation of improvements to the museum and research library, and the acquisition of local artifacts. LEAP students and the Mantua Township Historical Commission are working together to “keep the past alive.”
