In 1983, Isaac joined the OTC as an employment counselor. Throughout his tenure, Manning has held many titles, including: Business Development Manager [Benchwork Assembly and Recycling], Purchasing and Marketing Specialist, Director of Operations: Government Contracts and Director of Operations: Recycling.
