Celebrate your love on Valentine’s Day at the “Open Heart” sculpture in Kings Court, in the heart of Haddonfield. On Feb. 14 from 5 to 7:30 p.m., officiants including Haddonfield Commissioners will be masked and socially-distanced to perform 10-minute ceremonies from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 14. Only 40 appointments are available online at www.HaddonfieldSculpture.org. The event is open to anyone, regardless of residency.
Enjoy music under romantic pink lighting, receive red roses, chocolates, cookies and other treats. There will be outdoor heaters and, in case of rain or snow, an indoor location will be available. Any couples seeking to marry will need official NJ documents.
Couples of all kinds – school friends, gal pals, humans with pets, parents and kids, anyone you love – are invited to post their best selfies on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter tagging @host08033.
Before the vows, couples can take a romantic carriage ride along a “lovers’ loop” in downtown Haddonfield from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday Feb. 11, and from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday Feb. 12, presented by the Partnership for Haddonfield.
