Burlington County reminds residents there will be no changes to recycling collection on New Year’s Eve

Release provided by Evesham Township:
According to Evesham Township, Burlington County is reminding Evesham residents that there is no change to the next regularly scheduled recycling collection on New Year’s Eve.
Recycling will be collected on Friday, Dec. 31 as normal (barring any unforeseen inclement weather).
Once the holidays have passed, please also remember to only recycle boxes once they are free of packing contents, such as foam and plastic wrap. Please also remember to flatten any boxes before recycling.
As always, Burlington County residents can also use the free Recycle Coach smartphone app to get recycling schedules, winter weather service delays, find where to recycle old TVs, etc. The app is available on iTunes and GooglePlay app stores for Burlington County residents.
If recycling collection is ever delayed due to windy days, snow or ice storms, hold on to any recyclables until a makeup collection is announced. Residents can also always take recyclables to the Evesham Public Works Yard (100 Sharp Road) at any time, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For any other questions, call the County’s Recycling Hotline at (609) 267-6889 or email recycling@otcbc.org
