The Museum of American History at Deptford is pleased to announce the 19th annual Antique Toy Train Show starting Nov. 26 and running until Jan. 30.
It will feature O and O-27 gauge toy trains from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Lionel, Marx and American Flyer engines, with adjoining cars, will race against each other on two diverse platforms. Vintage Plasticville buildings from the 1950s will further augment the display. Vegetation and auxiliary structures will give the platforms a traditional holiday appearance.
The Museum is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Museum is located at 138 Andaloro Way in Deptford Township. Admission is $4 for adults and $3 for children. We can be reached at 856-812-1121 or sjmuseum@aol.com.
