Halloween Parade returns to Haddonfield

Join the fun on Saturday, Oct. 30 from the traditional starting spot of Kings Highway East and Chestnut Street at 6 p.m. Parade gets underway at 6:30 p.m.

Following a one-year absence due to COVID-19, Haddonfield will again turn to late-year traditions to hold its annual Halloween parade.

This year, the fun is set to begin at 6 p.m., where all who embrace the spirit of the season are invited to gather at the parade’s usual starting point of Kings Highway East and Chestnut Street (across from the Saxby’s on the corner).

The parade kicks off at 6:30 p.m., with the spooky strut winding its way down the borough’s main thoroughfare and snakes to the rear parking lot behind Borough Hall, where prizes and treats await.

The following day, Halloween, trick or treating is permitted between the hours of 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., per Borough commissioners.

Limit is one entry per pet. Submissions accepted from Oct. 29 through Nov. 1 at 5 p.m. Be sure to include your pet’s name, along with the pet’s parents’ names, address and phone number.
