3rd annual Food and Craft Festival cancelled over COVID concerns

The Food and Craft Beer Festival is scheduled to return next year on the second or third weekend of October.

The following update was provided on Thursday, Oct. 7 by Gloucester Township.

Due to escalating concerns about COVID-19 and vendor hardships, and after careful consideration, Gloucester Township Food and Craft Beer Festival organizers do not believe that the Township can safely hold the event this year. Recent developments in the pandemic would not only be risky but potentially unsafe for our community as the event typically draws large crowds and the safety guidelines would be hard to follow and implement.

The township has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s festival to protect the health and safety of our attendees, community volunteers and vendors who make this event possible. Gloucester Township would rather wait for the pandemic condition to improve than attempt to host an event that will not meet the expectations of our community and vendors. The Food and Craft Beer Festival is scheduled to return next year on the second or third weekend of October. Thank you for your understanding and we will see you next year!
