On Saturday, Oct. 23, Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center in Blackwood, NJ will be participating in the Southern New Jersey Fall Heart Walk to fight the end of heart disease and stroke. The walk will take place at the RiverWinds Community Center, 1000 RiverWinds Drive, West Deptford, NJ.
The walk helps raise funds to save lives from heart disease and stroke, in addition to promoting physical activity and heart-healthy living. Registration and activities will begin at 8 a.m., and the walk will start at 9:30 a.m. The walk route is 1 or 3 miles, and the event will be held rain or shine.
