The Gloucester County Board of Commissioners have scheduled Fall Craft Classes at Red Bank Battlefield.

The classes are sponsored by the Gloucester County Certified Gardeners and Gloucester County Parks and Recreation.

“We always look forward to releasing our fall craft dates. These are always well attended and a great way to exercise your creativity,” Commissioner Director Robert M. Damminger said.

There are two classes to choose from this year: Rag Wreath and Welcome Signs. Classes are $15 per attendee. Payment can be made by cash or checks.

Classes will be held on Oct. 16, including a Rag Wreath class from 10 a.m. to noon and a Welcome Sign class from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Class participation is limited, and classes will be held outside under a covered canopy.

“A fun, safe way to welcome fall is to come and enjoy our craft classes at The Whitall House at Red Bank Battlefield,” Commissioner Jim Lavender, liaison to the Department of Parks and Recreation said.

Registration and payment can be sent to Gloucester County Certified Gardeners at 1200 N. Delsea Drive, Building E in Clayton.
