Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity announces new President of the Board

Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity partners with qualified families and community members to assist in providing affordable housing.

Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity is pleased to announce the appointment of the new President of the Board, Ronda Abbruzzese of Nexus Properties.

“Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity is a strong organization built with volunteers, who give time and talent to improve the quality of life, by building homes, of those in our community,” said Abbruzzese. “As new President of the Board, I understand the importance of building long-lasting, beneficial relationships with our local and business community. I have done it for years, and plan to continue on the same path while sharing the mission and story of Habitat”

Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity partners with qualified families and community members to assist in providing affordable housing. Future Habitat homeowners provide volunteer hours during the construction of their homes and assume ownership with a lower-cost mortgage once construction is complete.

“Our Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to providing strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter for homeowners in Gloucester County communities,” said Tony Isabella, Executive Director. “We are excited to channel Ronda’s talent, expertise, and energy into furthering our mission.”

Habitat’s board is responsible for establishing policy and guiding the organization’s efforts to build affordable housing in partnership with families in Gloucester County.
