Summer book discussion group coming to Inkwood

Meetings will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the following Thursday evenings: June 24, “Rescue at Lake Wild” by Terry Lynn Johnson; July 22, “Abby Tried and True” by Donna Gephart, who will appear as a special guest; and Aug. 26, “The Road to Wherever” by John Ed Bradley.

Just in time for summer break, local teacher and writer Faith Brody Hvisdas will moderate a monthly book discussion for middle grade tweens (rising fourth through seventh graders) at Inkwood Books, 106 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield.

Space is limited and registration is required via email to [email protected]. Book club is free, but it is asked that participants purchase the book from Inkwood in order to take part.

In accordance with COVID requirements, seating will be placed a minimum of 6 feet apart and masks must be worn properly at all times. Since we can’t eat snacks with masks on, we will provide a fun treat to take home afterward!
