Tweens welcome to Inkwood Books for summer discussion group

Meetings will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the following Thursday evenings: June 24, “Rescue at Lake Wild” by Terry Lynn Johnson; July 22, “Abby Tried and True” by Donna Gephart, who will appear as a special guest; and Aug. 26, “The Road to Wherever” by John Ed Bradley.

Just in time for summer break, local teacher and writer Faith Brody Hvisdas will moderate a monthly book discussion for middle grade tweens (rising fourth through seventh graders) at Inkwood Books, 106 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield.

Space is limited and registration is required via email to inkwoodnj@gmail.com. Book club is free, but it is asked that participants purchase the book from Inkwood in order to take part.

In accordance with COVID requirements, seating will be placed a minimum of 6 feet apart and masks must be worn properly at all times. Since we can’t eat snacks with masks on, we will provide a fun treat to take home afterward!
