Project Poppy still alive; dedication ceremony rescheduled for October

Installation meant for Haddonfield Memorial High School, which was postponed multiple times due to the pandemic, still on track to be made public this fall.

Haddonfield Project Poppy Is pleased to announce rescheduled dates for this installation. 

The Opening ceremony is scheduled to occur on Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. (rain date Oct. 11 at 12 p.m.)

The installation will stay until Veterans Day, Nov. 11.

Please join us for this unique event that began in 2019, to honor the sacrifice of those lost from New Jersey, the 100th year marking the end of World War I and establishment of the American Legion.

You may still take part in this Public Community Art Installation.

Poppy kits (for 10 flowers) are available for $20 per kit. We are happy to deliver. Kits are easy to complete and great for families, neighbors, teams, companies.

There are also note cards gift packs available with 8 images with images of art donated for the fundraising auction.

Donations welcomed on our website for fencing, lighting and lawn-care at Haddonfield Memorial High School after the installation is over.
