Berlin Community School District opens kindergarten early registration in May

All students who will be 5 years old by October 1, 2021 qualify to attend Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year.

Kindergarten early registration appointments will take place May 5, 12, and 19, 2021. There will be additional opportunities during July and August for registration. All students who will be 5 years old by October 1, 2021 qualify to attend Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year.

Please call Mrs. Loretta Marshall at 856-767-9480 ext. 1111 for your early Kindergarten Registration appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled at the Huster Administration Building.

The Berlin Township School District anticipates that school will be in person 5 days a week. This may change based on the requirements from the NJ Dept. of Education, NJ Dept. of Health and CDC guidelines due to COVID-19. Kindergarten is a full day program and follows the district school calendar (yet to be finalized).

To help prepare for Kindergarten registration please review the registration packet found on the district’s website www.btwpschools.org and begin to collect the following items:

  • Your child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of their immunization records. (A physical examination is required to be done for all students attending a public school for the first time.)
  • 2 Proofs of residency, as listed on the registration packet.

If you are unable to make our early registration appointment, additional registration appointments will be available in July and August 2021.

Everyone in the Berlin Township School District looks forward to meeting our new kindergarten students as they begin their schooling adventure.
