Stacey Smith is a 34 year old white female, described as being 5′, 06″ tall and 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing black pants, blue shirt, and a green jacket. She has a tattoo “Serenity” on her left wrist. Ms. Smith may be in Philadelphia, specifically the Kensington area of the city.
