Medford Community Center is hurting financially

Supporters can donate to a GoFundMe campaign to help Medford Memorial Community Center.

Medford Memorial Community Center (Alyssa Biederman/The Sun).

The following release is from the Medford Women’s Club:

The Medford Women’s Club is raising money to benefit Medford Memorial Community Center (MMCC), and any donation will help make an impact. MMCC took a severe loss when the entire heating system failed. As an emergency, a new heating system was installed. We are asking for donations to offset the cost of the heating system. As you know, MMCC is a non-profit, all volunteer staff. It is not affiliated with Medford Township so all revenue collected is used to maintain the Center. Last year was difficult due to Covid-19 and the monetary loss was significant. MMCC continues to function as a resource and social haven for all organizations, parties and educational sessions. Thanks in advance for your contribution to our historical and beautiful centerpiece in the heart of downtown Medford, NJ.

The members of The Woman’s Club of Medford take our mission to ‘Make the Community a Better Place to Live’ to heart and we therefore feel a responsibility to get the word out. Please help however you can: https://gofund.me/0b6c3993
